Import Products from Excel or CSV

Whether you just want to save time or are switching from another system, importing products is easy with Prys Accounting, and we will look at that now.

First navigate to Inventory.

Navigate to Products and when on products arrange products as a list as shown in step 3, this action will show up a hidden button (Import).

Click on import.

Select or upload your CSV file using load file, wait a few second for the system to load your file before you begin to map fields.

You may use different fields from you Excel file and map them to relevant columns on the system. The ones you wish to ignore will need to be left on " Don't import option"

When done mapping go to Validate so that the system can look through your file for errors.

Next click on import to finish the process
